ABOUT US

The facility has been set up to offer local and growing businesses the opportunity to work out of a modern office centre with modern facilities on a flexible and convenient basis.


All too often trying to expand can be fraught with long and expensive leases, costly legal fees and a complete lack of understanding client requirements.


At the Workshop we are sweeping these away and offering companies a package to suit themselves.  The rents include everything so there are no “hidden” extras nor unexpected bills to pay.

THE WORKSHOP

The barn itself sits in open countryside on the edge of the village of Pinvin, close to Pershore and surrounding villages.  It has been restored from an older agricultural building and converted to a high specification modern office complex.


Situated on two floors with an entrance “meet and greet” area for clients, conference room, workshop and ample car parking spaces.  Office space can either be upstairs or down, dependent upon availability.

ENVIRONMENTAL

The building has been refurbished completely from the inside out, retaining the shell of a former disused agricultural barn and as such retains the charm of an old building with minimal aesthetic impact, with all the advantages of a new build.


The insulation used throughout achieves the maximum µ value for its density.  Heating is under floor using geothermal energy via a ground source heat pump approved by the Carbon Trust 


Windows are double glazed and rainwater is harvested for re-use internally and the building is lit throughout by low energy lighting.
